Choosing Your Spectrum
Both spectrums are full-spectrum with horticulture-grade diodes and will grow strong, healthy plants.
White + Red — the more growth-optimized option. Higher total output (122 µmol/s PPF vs. 89) and higher intensity at 12" (up to 350 vs. 250 µmol/m²/s) make it the better choice if your priority is maximum plant performance.
Pure White — still supports healthy growth, just with a bit less output. Most people choose it for the cleaner, warm-white glow it brings to a room.
In short: White + Red = performance-focused. Pure White = aesthetics-focused, while still very capable for plants.
