Where We Ship

Airos and Frame ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Method & Cost

US orders ship flat-rate via USPS Ground Advantage (tracked). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has shipped. Canadian orders ship via a tracked international carrier and may take a bit longer to arrive due to customs processing.

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by Canadian customs authorities on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Estimated Ship Dates

Airos is expected to ship in October 2026. Frame is expected to ship in October 2026. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — we'll email you if a significant delay comes up.
