30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, new, in its original packaging, and unassembled.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged — in that case, we cover return shipping and will send a prepaid label or reimburse you.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@elementsplantproducts.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process approved refunds to your original payment method. It may take a few extra days for your bank to post it.

Warranty

Airos includes a 3-year warranty and Frame includes a 1-year warranty, each as described on the product page — separate from this 30-day return window.

Returns from Canada

Customers in Canada are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective) and any customs fees related to returning the item. Duties and taxes paid on the original shipment are generally non-refundable by us, as they're collected by Canadian customs authorities.
