Products & Pre-Orders

Airos is currently offered as a pre-order. Your card is charged in full at checkout to reserve your order and your chosen finish, spectrum, and mount configuration. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; we will notify you of any significant delays.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times, costs, and customs charges for Canadian orders.

Cancellations & Returns

Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, our standard 30-day return window applies as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Airos includes a 3-year warranty and Frame includes a 1-year warranty, each as described on the product page.

Limitation of Liability

Elements Plant Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
